from me to you:

Words are not enough to say how many blessings we receive from the Lord each day [Just the fact that you landed on this page is already a huge blessing!]. It is for this reason that How Blessed and Loved I Am exists - to tell, in words, in pictures, in music, in videos, how every smile, every laugh, every frown, every tear, every shout, and every jump are very much part of God's shower of graces.

Join us in sharing the little microscopic blessings we receive each day from Him, our everlasting and ever-loving Father!^^

The result of disobedience is mainly isolation from God nd his rich blessings. However, in Nehemiah, He was more specific.

Remember, I beseech thee, the word that thou commandedst thy servant Moses, saying, If ye transgress, I will scatter you abroad among the nations:

Neh 1:8 (KJV)

True enough, if we don't keep His commandments and we move away from His territory, we will be just a commoner, scattered among unbelievers, not experiencing God's love and compassion. There will be divisions and arguments, all because we fail to abide by his commandments.

But Nehemiah 1:9 says that if we return to our original god which is You, You will make us prosper together in a place where You, my God, will dwell.
But if ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set my name there.

Neh 1:9 (KJV)

This is what's happening now. We fail to keep ourselves under Your cover and take things into our own hands. That's why we are suffering greatly from our actions.

Lord, as I lead them in returning to You, guide me and give me wisdom, for You know better than I do.

For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

2 Cor 11:4 (KJV)

Not all good things come from the Lord. Many times Satan tries to deceive us. And he uses his servants to disguise themselves as angels of light. :ayokona: Not only as people, they can also trick us by letting us think that some situation is good, which in reality is not.

We should be vigilant about this, keeping in mind that there should be no loopholes in the situation. Otherwise, it would definitely be from Satan. We should always ask wisdom from god for us to determine the REAL good.

conflict conflict!

Why are there conflicts in the workplace?
  • We want to gain something, but we don't get it. So we speak ill of others and criticize them subjectively.
  • We envy what they have. A quarrel builds up.
  • When we ask to have something, we ask with wrong motives. We are selfish and we don't think about anything except what is pleasing to us.
How can we resolve the issues and conflicts?
  • Submit to the highest authority first, God. If we don't know how to submit to Him, how then can we submit to the people He has placed over us?
  • Submit to the people placed by God in authority.
  • Admit that you are wrong and don't do it again.
  • Don't put the things pleasing to you in first place.
  • Humble yourselves so that you may be lifted up!
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye
Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

to follow or not?

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

Romans 13:1 (KJV)

God placed certain people higher than us for us to follow them. However kind or bad they may be, we are to follow them and give them the respect and honor they deserve.

Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.

1 Tim 5:17 (KJV)

Moreover, we must give double honor to the leaders in church, teaching and preaching the Word of God. But I am obviously guilty of doing the opposite.

Just recently, I criticized somebody for his preachings which sounded monotonous to me. Instead of praying for him, for the release of those fixations from his life, I looked at him as a person with flaws and imperfections and not someone God has placed over me.

I'm sorry Lord for not giving him the double honor you require of me to give those You have placed higher than me. Teach me to respect them the way I respect the highest authority in my life, my Lord Jesus Christ.

All of God's creations sing to Him!

God placed the birds in the sky to sing to Him. He placed the trees in their place so that they may provide shade, shelter and food. He created mountains for us to see His majestic creations from top view. He made water for us to enjoy the marine world and be amazed at how He had made such wonderful water creatures.:woooh:
So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts. 26 There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein. 27 These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season. 28 That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good. 29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust. 30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

Psalms 104:25-30 (KJV)

God placed everything in their positions to give glory to Himself. As people, we were also placed here to bring Him praise. But God loves us so much that He gave us a choice. As for birds, they don't have a choice. It's in their anatomy to sing for God. As for us humans, we were given free will to choose whether we will glorify Him or not.

Let's make the wise choice - and that is to bring praise to our Creator - Lord over all the earth.

if i perish, i perish...

16 Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.

Esth 4:16 (KJV)

it is oftentimes scary, even embarrassing, to act on something the Almighty has been asking me to do even from the start. as a woman of God, esther, too, was scared. she could have been put to death had she made a hasty move, but she didn't hesitate.

that's the difficult part. esther was made queen to save her people form condemnation, even death. i was put in this position to make a difference, and to let them know who the real Boss is.

i'm scared all right! that's why getting closer to the Lord is what i need to focus on more.

thou knowest it altogether...

Psalm 139:1-6
1 O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. 2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off. 3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. 4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether. 5 Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me. 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
as i feel as though i'm standing alone, i am reminded that i don't have to worry about anything. i don't have to make my own plans for the future, because my Creator has already laid out the perfect blueprint for my life. as the Master Engineer, he knows the importance of each element he puts in my life. His plan is never wrong.

all i have to do is let my life unravel before my very eyes..^^
